How To Apply

General Information:

To receive an application, please contact us.
All prospective adult occupants must complete and submit an application, supporting documents, and application fee.
An application can be received at the showing, our office, or emailed to you. You can also complete and submit the application and supporting documents online here (passcode required).
Completed applications and supporting documents can be delivered to Town & Country Apartments in person at the office/dropbox at: 1803 S Bloomington St Streator, IL 61364, emailed to rentwithtca@gmail.com, or submitted online.
If you need to submit additional documents for your application, you may do so by emailing to rentwithtca@gmail.com or delivering them to our office/dropbox.
Application fee payment can be submitted with the application or paid online here.
