General Information:

  • A signed lease is required.

  • While we love pets, we do have a No Pet Policy.

  • To receive an application, please Contact Us.

  • All prospective adult occupants must be present at the apartment showing.

  • Each prospective adult occupant must complete an application, all supporting documents, and pay the application fee.

  • Occupancy limits:

    • 1 bedroom apartments are limited to a maximum of 2 occupants.

    • 2 bedroom standard apartments are limited to a maximum of 3 occupants.

    • 2 bedroom deluxe apartments are limited to a maximum of 4 occupants.

Q: Does Town & Country Apartments require an application?

A: Yes, before being able to lease an apartment, all potential adult occupants must complete and return an application and the required supporting documents to Town & Country Apartments for processing. An application can be obtained by scheduling an appointment with Town & Country Apartments.

Q: Does Town & Country Apartments require a lease?

A: Yes, Town & Country Apartments does require a lease. Once a prospective occupant has completed the application process and been approved, an appointment to sign the lease will be scheduled. At the lease signing, which lasts approximately 1 hour, the entire lease and all supporting documents will be reviewed and explained in detail by a member of Town & Country Apartments.

Q: Do your apartments have appliances?

A: Yes, appliances are provided in our apartments. Appliances provided do vary from complex to complex, with all apartments including, at a minimum, a stove/oven and refrigerator. From there, appliances provided, depending on the complex, may include a microwave, dishwasher, and an in-unit washer & dryer. For all units that do not have in-unit washers & dryers, community washers and dryers are provided on location. Only tenants have access to their respective complex's community washers and dryers. 

Q:What utilities are included in the rent?

A: Water, sewer, and garbage are included in the rent. The tenant is responsible for the electric bill and, if the tenant wishes to have such services, the TV and internet bills.
